Our Caterpillar steel roller has a drum width of 1200mm and is quite versatile being small enough to compact asphalt on jobs such as foot paths and walkways but still big enough to handle larger patches and overlays. This roller is hired with an experienced operator trained in the rolling/compacting of asphalt with a rolling machine. A very strict maintenance regime is up held with all servicing kept in house and monitored closely by Allpave management.
